Team news:

There were no fresh injuries picked up in Saturdays game at Dagenham & Redbridge.

Andy Parry, Joel Dixon, Byron Harrison and David Fitzpatrick continue to recover from long term injuries.

Opening Day Results:


The Bluebirds fell to a 2-1 defeat on the opening day at Dagenham & Redbridge. Corey Whitely and Michael Cheek scored for the hosts before Dan Jones pulled one back for Barrow.

FC Halifax Town:

The visitors were at home to Aldershot Town on the opening day and lost 2-0. Goals from Fenelon and a late Rowe penalty were enough for the Shots.

Last Time Out:

The last time FC Halifax Town visited the Furness Building Society Stadium was in May 2016.

Jordan Williams opened the scoring for the Bluebirds after good work from Andy Cook, before he returned the favour as his cross was headed home by Cook.

Jason Walker got the Bluebirds third goal, with Ben Tomlinson (Who now plays for FC Halifax Town) grabbing the fourth after Connor Hughes scored a consolation goal for the visitors.
